Welcome to the M Lounge - Fanaei Building

Below are the rates for our venue. Please note that if you rent the place you can choose to charge or not charge whatever price you want at the door. Also, you can hire your own DJ / band.

We have a special for the front part of the building. It is $500.00 and includes venue, sound and lights. The only additional fee is a flat $75 for the bartender. Depending on the type of event we may or may not require security. Note: security is $20 / hr / officer.

If you find that you require more space, the entire floor rents for $1100.00 (front part holds up to 300 people and entire floor holds up to 1400)

You have the option to bring your own catering or we can do it for you. We have two catering options..

You may select items from our standard menu and we build a customized group pricing ( www.matthewsbarandgrill.com/menu.pdf ) or let us know what you would like and we create a custom menu.
